      How to arrange the lighting system of dust-free purification workshop to be more energy-saving and reasonable. The lighting design of the dust-free workshop is the key point in the construction of the dust-free workshop. With the progress of science, lighting technology and lighting products are constantly innovating. How can we scientifically and reasonably design the lighting system of the dust-free workshop? We need to explain the following two aspects?
  1、 Layout of wire system
  1. The lighting wiring design of dust-free workshop shall follow the principle of "concealment" like all kinds of electrical lines and professional pipelines. The air flow pattern of clean room is different, and its building structure is also different. Non unidirectional flow clean room is generally only equipped with technical interlayer or ceiling; The vertical unidirectional flow cleaning room is equipped with upper and lower technical interlayer, which is the air supply static pressure box, circulating air treatment device and high-efficiency filter, and some power, lighting and communication pipelines are also laid here; The lower technical interlayer is the return air static pressure box (return air duct), which is generally laid with water pipe, gas pipe, electrical pipeline, cable bridge, closed bus, etc; Adjacent to the clean room, there are technical chutes or technical shafts, laying vertical pipes or placing auxiliary production equipment that should not be placed in the purification project.
  2. In the dust-free workshop, the lighting distribution box is often located in the technical interlayer or technical corridor above the ceiling, so it is easy to approach the load center, the horizontal wiring is short and stretched in concealment.
  3. In the dust-free workshop with only ceiling, the pipelines in the ceiling are complex. Pay attention to keep away from explosive gas pipelines or take relevant measures when laying electrical pipelines; The lighting distribution boxes and switches that must be installed in the dust-free workshop shall be concealed as far as possible, and the wires and cables passing through the ceiling must be sealed to prevent the dust and bacteria in the ceiling from entering the dust-free workshop.
  2、 Selection of lighting and light source in dust-free workshop1. The general lighting in the mixed lighting in the clean area without daylighting window is not less than 200 1X, which is one level higher than 150 1x in gbj73-84. The minimum illumination of windowless workshop shall not be less than 500 1x.
  2. For the operators in the closed dust-free workshop, providing them with a bright and comfortable visual environment can greatly improve the production efficiency and the yield of fine products. Therefore, properly improving the artificial lighting illumination level of dust-free workshop is beneficial to improve the work efficiency of staff and promote the development of national economy.
  3. The illuminance of different clean industrial plants also varies greatly due to different process requirements. For example, the illuminance of mixed lighting in the electron gun assembly workshop of kinescope factory should reach 1000 ~ 3000 1x. In addition to general lighting, local lighting should also be set, but the proportion of local lighting in the illuminance of mixed lighting should not be too large, which is generally 5 ~ 15% of the illuminance of mixed lighting. Due to the shortage of power in China, the illumination ratio of local lighting in mixed lighting has been expanded. If the space illumination is low, it is easy to produce glare and make people feel tired, but the brightness of the light source cannot be too high. Linear light sources such as fluorescent lamps or incandescent lamps with frosted glass are often used.
  4. Secondly, for the workshops with special requirements for light sources in the dust-free workshop, such as the phosphor coating room in the picture tube factory and the lithography room in the semiconductor factory, in order to prevent the photosensitivity of photosensitive materials, yellow or red light sources must be used. Yellow fluorescent tubes or low-pressure sodium lamps need to meet their special requirements. There are also two kinds of yellow fluorescent tubes. One is that the inner wall of the lamp tube is coated with yellow phosphor; The other is a white fluorescent tube with a yellow plastic sleeve. Their luminous flux is lower than that of ordinary fluorescent lamps.
  3、 Selection and layout of emergency lighting lamps in dust-free workshop1. The dust-free workshop is a relatively closed body, and the indoor personnel flow route is complex. In order to facilitate the evacuation of personnel from the accident site in a short time and ensure life safety, lighting for personnel evacuation shall be set. The National Code stipulates that "evacuation indication signs should be placed on the top of the emergency exit or on the wall below 1m from the ground at the evacuation walkway and its corner, and the spacing of indication signs on the walkway should not be greater than 20m" "The standard value of evacuation lighting illumination on the passage shall not be less than 0.51x".
  2. It is recommended to select T8 (36W) lamp tube with trichromatic phosphor or T5 (28w) lamp tube. The quality of T5 lamp tube has become stable and the output is relatively large, which will be the development direction. The phosphor material in the lamp tube has developed from ordinary powder to trichromatic rare earth phosphor, which is also an important symbol of technological progress.
  3. In addition, a special fire port shall be set: it is a special entrance for firefighters to enter the building for fire fighting. The purpose of setting special fire exits is to enable firefighters to enter the core part of the plant quickly and effectively in case of fire.
  4. The code for design of dust-free workshop stipulates that "red emergency lights shall be set at special fire exits". In practical projects, most designers can notice that the setting of evacuation lighting should include the setting of evacuation directional sign lights and evacuation exit sign lights, but the setting of evacuation passage lights is ignored by some designers, especially the setting of red emergency lights at special fire exits.
  5. Select reasonable illuminance standard value; Select appropriate lighting mode, and adopt mixed lighting mode in places with high illumination requirements; The lighting control mode shall be reasonably selected. According to the lighting use characteristics, the lighting shall be controlled by zones and the lighting switching points shall be increased appropriately.
